Withdrawal requests are checked against account ownership, payment records, completed game activity and any open dispute. We may ask for documents or payment app screenshots when the terms require proof before processing.

If a round in Live Blackjack, Crazy Time or another game is interrupted, we check provider records and account logs. The Terms & Conditions decide whether the round result, refund or adjustment applies.
